As the new director of annual giving, Joan brings 14 years of fundraising experience to the Phi Delta Theta Foundation.  After completing a dual master’s degree in Communication and Theological Studies from the University of Dayton, she began her fundraising career as a residential consultant conducting capital campaigns for non-profits nationally.  In addition to her annual giving experience, she has also served in donor relations and leadership giving roles.   For the last ten years she has focused on annual giving as director of annual giving at Miami University and University of Dayton.
