Phi Delt Establishes The Dale Family Home Thanks To The Generosity Of A University of Idaho Phi

When the Dale family built their home in Oxford, Ohio in 1930, it was impossible to know that this very home would become a part of Phi Delt history. Fifty six years after receiving his doctorate degree and 16 years after retiring, Dr. Winthrop Dale was looking for a way to leave his legacy through philanthropy. After learning that the Fraternity had purchased his childhood home from the Glos family to serve as housing for the Leadership Consultant staff, Dr. Dale wanted to ensure that the home his family built would forever be in the hands of the Fraternity that has meant so much to him over the years.
